    FLIGHT SANTO DOMINGO – MEXICO CITY Welcome to Mexico! Our team will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the selected hotel. In the evening, enjoy a traditional experience at Plaza Garibaldi with a welcome drink.

    Día 2

    MEXICO CITY – CITY TOUR – XOCHIMILCO Like a vast living museum, Mexico City showcases 650+ years of history. We’ll start at the Historic Center: Zócalo, Metropolitan Cathedral, National Palace and Templo Mayor (panoramic). Continue along Paseo de la Reforma and Chapultepec (panoramic) toward the south to reach Xochimilco, a colorful canal area with flowers and the famous trajineras (boats). Live mariachi or trio music is available at extra cost. Overnight.

    MEXICO CITY ? QUERÉTARO ? SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE Drive ~2.5 h to Querétaro for a walking tour of the historic center—City Hall, House of the Marquess, the 1,280-m Aqueduct, Temple of Santa Cruz, Plaza de Armas, and Cerro de las Campanas—plus free time for lunch. Continue ~1.5 h to San Miguel de Allende to see the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, Main Square, and other colonial landmarks; stroll craft-filled streets, glimpse celebrity homes, and browse the market’s heart motifs and Frida-inspired pieces. Overnight.

    SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE – GUANAJUATO – GUADALAJARA Breakfast. Drive via the Sierra de Santa Rosa—famed in José Alfredo Jiménez’s song “Camino de Guanajuato”—to Guanajuato. Visits include the Church of La Valenciana and Alhóndiga de Granaditas. Admire the city’s unique streets and tunnels, plus landmarks such as Mercado Hidalgo, Teatro Juárez, Diego Rivera’s House, Plaza del Baratillo, and the Callejón del Beso. Ascend to the Pípila lookout. Continue to Guadalajara, capital of mariachi and tequila. Overnight.

    GUADALAJARA (TEQUILA + TLAQUEPAQUE) Breakfast. Head to Tequila (~1.5 h), a UNESCO site and “Pueblo Mágico,” to see Blue Agave fields and visit a tequila hacienda to learn about production and denomination of origin, with tastings. Free time for lunch (not included). Return to Guadalajara, then continue to Tlaquepaque (~1 h), known for artisan galleries featuring ceramics and glass. Visit its lovely plaza with bandstand, the El Refugio cultural center, and charming pedestrian streets. Overnight.

    GUADALAJARA – PÁTZCUARO – MORELIA Breakfast. Drive ~4 hours to Pátzcuaro, a “Pueblo Mágico.” Visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Health (famed for miracles), Casa de los Once Patios, Gertrudis Bocanegra Library, Plaza Don Vasco, and the local market. Free time for lunch (not included). Continue to nearby Morelia, Michoacán’s capital, noted for its pink-stone architecture. City tour: Church of La Guadalupita, Cathedral, Government Palace, Plaza de Armas, the impressive Aqueduct (17th-century engineering), Fuente de las Tarascas, and the Monument to Morelos. At the sweets market, sample local treats such as ate, cajeta, chongos zamoranos, and palanquetas, and browse affordable handicrafts. Visit Santa Rosa de Lima Church, Jardín de las Rosas, and see (panoramic) the Conservatory of Music and the house of singer Marco Antonio Solís (“El Buki”). Free time. Overnight.

    MORELIA – MEXICO CITY AIRPORT Breakfast. Free day in Morelia. In the late afternoon, transfer to Mexico City Airport (~4 hours).
