    FLIGHT SANTO DOMINGO – BOGOTÁ On arrival at El Dorado International, our guide meets you and provides a private transfer to the hotel (~45 minutes in normal traffic), sharing useful tips for your stay.

    BOGOTÁ CITY TOUR – GOLD MUSEUM – MONSERRATE Breakfast. Guided tour of the historic center: Plaza de Bolívar, Cathedral, National Capitol, Archbishop’s Palace, Palace of Justice, and Liévano/City Hall; pass the Presidential Palace (Casa de Nariño) and San Carlos. Visit the Gold Museum, featuring a major pre-Hispanic collection of gold and tumbaga. Stroll through the colonial quarter of La Candelaria. Ascend by cable car or funicular to the Monserrate Sanctuary (10,500 ft) for panoramic views of the city.

    ZIPAQUIRÁ SALT CATHEDRAL (LUNCH INCLUDED) Breakfast. Drive to Zipaquirá (40 km) on the Cundiboyacense plateau, known for its salt-mining heritage, mountain scenery, and culture. Tour the underground Salt Cathedral—an acclaimed modern Colombian landmark built inside a halite mine in the 1930s. Lunch included.

    BOGOTÁ – SANTO DOMINGO Breakfast. Free day for shopping or exploring. In the evening, private transfer with a Spanish-speaking driver and guide to El Dorado Airport, with assistance at airline check-in.
