  • Refunds: For credit/debit card payments, if the trip is affected by force majeure (e.g., governments closing borders, restrictions on certain nationalities), we will work on rescheduling to a new travel date under the same conditions. Amounts paid up to that point will remain as a credit. If a refund applies, 3.5% of the amount paid will be withheld.
  • Cancellations: 60 days before departure = 50% penalty of the total amount (per suppliers’ conditions).
  • Cancellations: 30 days before departure = 100% penalty of the total amount (per suppliers’ conditions).
